HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN AROUND?
We opened our first saloon in March 1997 in a suburb of St. Louis, MO.
HOW MANY HAIR SALOONS ARE THERE?
We currently have 17 locations in operation and 2 units in development. We have 16 locations located in the Metropolitan St. Louis Area and one in Burlington, MA. Our goal is to continue to expand strategically with a focus in the Midwest, but we are open to other markets throughout the U.S.
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN FRANCHISING?
Our first franchise was sold in 2002 and we currently have 13 franchise locations along with our four company-owned saloons in operation. All current franchisees started as loyal customers and we are committed to identifying those individuals and groups who are ready to introduce the Hair Saloon brand in new markets. We believe in franchising as the most effective long-term growth strategy.

WHAT ARE THE STARTUP COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH HAIR SALOON?
The total cost of opening a Hair Saloon, including the $35,000 franchise fee is $262,700 – $380,500. We have adopted a uniform store design that makes the most of the Saloon brand while providing a comfortable, premium experience for our guests. There’s no need for individual franchises to reinvent the wheel or reinterpret the brand. This has the distinct advantage of keeping costs and development time under control, while providing our customers with a consistent experience.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO OPEN A HAIR SALOON?
Once you are awarded a Hair Saloon franchise, it typically takes between five and seven months to open your saloon. Of course, site selection, lease negotiations, financing and construction can affect this timeline. We will work with you as you move through the steps to ensure opening day comes as quickly as possible.
