Manage the manager: We encourage our franchisees to keep their current jobs and focus on working on the business, not in the business.

Develop the staff: You will need to support your manager in areas of hiring, training, and motivating your staff to provide outstanding customer service.

Local store marketing: Our brand plays very well with the men living, working, and going to school in your trade area. It’s an enjoyable challenge and opportunity to promote your business.

  • Liquid capital: $75 – $100,000
  • Total startup costs: $262,700 – $380,500
  • Franchise fee: $35,000 (10% discount for veterans)
  • Royalty fee: 6%
  • Marketing/brand fund: 2%
