STEP 1 – GATHERING INFORMATION
We encourage you to explore Hair Saloon, both from a customer’s perspective and from that of a potential owner.
STEP 2 – REQUEST MORE INFORMATION
Fill out our introductory form and one of our representatives will get in touch with you to get the process started. We’ll review the opportunity and discuss your goals – to determine if Hair Saloon is a good fit.
STEP 3 – BRAND OVERVIEW PRESENTATION
Our executive board will hold an in-person or web-based presentation about the Hair Saloon brand. We want you to share in our excitement for the brand and where we’re headed.
STEP 4 – COMPLETE CONFIDENTIAL FRANCHISEE PROFILE
We will ask you to complete and return the Franchisee Profile that will be included with our Franchise Brochure.
STEP 5 – FRANCHISE DISCLOSURE DOCUMENT
As we move forward, we will provide our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) containing details about our system, key financial information as well as a copy of our current Franchise Agreement. This is a legal document designed to protect our investment – and that of our franchisees – in the Hair Saloon brand.
In order to comply with state and federal franchise disclosure laws, we’ll ask you to sign and return an FDD receipt.
STEP 6 – FDD AND RELATED QUESTIONS
Carefully review the FDD and we are available for any questions you may have at this point.
STEP 7 – VALIDATION
We will set up a conference call for you so you can speak with several of our current franchisees. The Hair Saloon executive team will not be on the call beyond initial introductions. This is your chance to ask questions of those who have been there.
STEP 8 – DISCOVERY DAY
As we move forward, we will schedule a day for you to spend with us at our corporate headquarters in St. Louis, MO. You’ll meet with our founder and management team, and visit some of the local Hair Saloon locations.
We’ll review your market demographics, discuss site selection criteria and go over the pre-opening process. And of course, we’ll be ready to answer any questions you may have.
STEP 9 – AWARDING THE FRANCHISE
Once your application has been approved by our executive committee, we’ll award the franchise and prepare the Franchise Agreement and related documents. Congratulations! It’s time to bring the Honorable Rebellion to your neighborhood.
